Description: Job Title: Collections Analyst (B2B)Job DescriptionThis role involves calling clients directly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will work with our Sales Team to understand the nature of contracts and efficiently set permanent communication channels with our clients' Accounts Payable teams.Responsibilities+ Pro-actively ensuring cash collection on due dates.+ Work with clients on various inquiries, while tracking down outstanding debt.+ Allocate cash receipts, balancing customer accounts.+ Prepare aging reports and calculate Bad Debt accrual according to company policies.+ Track withholding of taxes.Essential Skills+ 3+ years of B2B collections experience within the software industry, preferably with SaaS.+ Experience in troubleshooting and dispute management related to implementation issues, contract issues, or PO-related challenges.+ Track record of delivery within Collections.+ Experience with leading multiple currencies in various countries.+ Knowledge of VAT and other country-specific invoicing requirements.+ High level of communication with a keen eye for detail.+ Ability to develop rapport quickly and be an outstanding partner.+ Accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.+ Bilingual in French, German, or Dutch - written and spoken skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience with NetSuite.+ Experience with Salesforce.+ Proficiency in Excel.This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
